How to Order
Placing an Order
Ordering Information:
We’ll mostly just have a chat…..

From deposit to dispatch, your order can take up to two full weekends. -
🗓 Here’s how I roll:
Example: Order on a Wednesday → I’ll design it the next weekend → make
it the following weekend. -
I work strictly first-come, first-served—no queue-jumping! 🏁

All packing and prep happen over the weekend.

💌 Payment & Shipping
When your item is ready, I’ll message you for the balance. -
Orders ship Monday or as soon as the balance is paid (if that’s after
Monday). -
🌙 Weekday Quiet = Normal
I have a real weekday job, so all the magic happens Friday–Sunday. If
you don’t hear from me mid-week, don’t panic, I’m just busy creating
your masterpiece. ❤️ -
🎉 Mock-Up Magic! 🎉
I’ll send you a digital mock-up of your design so we can tweak, twirl,
and polish it until it’s chef’s kiss perfect. ✨ -
Before you shout print it! give that mock-up a detective-level look –
names, dates, venues, sneaky typos, double spaces… all of it. My
laptop’s CTRL key has a mind of its own, so the occasional rogue letter
or duplicate venue sometimes tries to photobomb. 👀 -
Once it’s printed, it’s permanent.
If a missed mistake is on your side, I can redo it at a reduced cost.
If it’s my boo-boo, I’ll fix it free, no questions asked. -

FAQ
Q. Can I send you my official race t-shirt?
Absolutely! Just drop me a message, and I’ll provide you with my address.
Q. Can I have flags?
Of course as many as you like.
Q. How do I get my list to you?
You can give me your A Number and will get the info from the official website (no typos) or if you want specific venues then send me an email
Q. How do I get my QR code to you?
You can give me your A Number and will extract it from one of the apps or email it over.
Q. Will you send me a mock up before you print?
Absolutely, as many as it takes to get it how you want it.
Q. I’ve spotted a mistake now its been printed?
If I haven’t actually stuck it I can fix it, if its in your hand I’m afraid you will have to pay for a replacement. This will be at a reduced rate as all the design work is completed.

Q. How much is postage?
Everything in the UK is sent 48hr tracked, I charge you what the post office charges me (April 24 is £3.50) For overseas postage I will offer you the prices available and you can choose. Import Duty and VAT is your responsibility.
I will not mark as a gift unless the item is a prize or a gift from myself
Q. Can I have a list?
Errrr how do I put this, no. Soz, lists are someone’s thing and lets face it you’re here because you don’t really want a list. You can have a list (in my style if its not Saturday morning run specific)
Q. Can I choose the font?
Sorry, no. I use the same font on everything. Unless is its a special design then we will work together to find one that matches your design.
